Starting Your Project: The Consultation
Once you’re ready to move forward with your project, we can set up a free consultation. During this session, we’ll be discussing what your needs are and how I can meet them. I will ask you about your project preferences and inquire about your company to gain the necessary information to complete your project. To better serve you, I recommend that you provide an outline or summary of any ideas you have, or you can even bring in sample materials that reflect your vision for the project. The more information you can supply, the better.

After our initial meeting, I will prepare a proposal that outlines services to be performed, a budget, and a timeline. Upon agreement of the terms, I will send you a copy of the work agreement via e-mail for you to sign and keep for your records.

Included in your formal estimate are two complimentary revisions. Any additional editing rounds will be billed by the hour.

Please note that I don’t physically produce any of the materials I create. Final drafts are e-mailed. If you’re interested in printing services, I would be more than happy to provide a referral.

30% of your project cost is required as a deposit and the balance is due upon completion of the work. Payments can be made check, cash or via PayPal.
