Welcome my gorgeous business babe.
I’m Tasha and I’ve dedicated the past 10+ years to helping women tell their stories and create community around their products and services.
As a writer and lifestyle fitness coach, I’m here to help you find your voice and get strong, so you can level up your income, feel more confident in your skin, and start living the life you deserve.
Nothing in the world can stop a woman on a mission.
I believe when you put your dreams out there into the world, the Universe will rise up to support you.
Let me explain.
In 2007, I had a vision: I endeavored for all women to feel powerful regardless of their marital status. Fed up with the “How to Please a Man in Bed” and “Make a Man Fall in Love with You” articles, I launched one of the first publications dedicated to helping professional women make the most of their single days. The online publication went on to attract the attention of best-selling authors and VH1 television personalities.
In 2016, I set out to become the strongest version of myself, which led me to not only develop a newfound passion for health and fitness, but also granted me with the courage to end my engagement, give up my cramped New York apartment and move across multiple state lines in pursuit of living my best life. Less than a year later after ending my engagement, I bought my first home as a single woman.
I’ve learned over time that we can alleviate the social and emotional burdens of twenty first century womanhood when we when we allow our creative genius to rule over logic; and resist cultural and societal expectations that suggest we need to assume a role or present sacrificial offerings — our self care, our health, our creativity — to be successful.
Throughout my career, I’ve connected with women from all different backgrounds and economic status; each with a unique story yet the same underlying culprit impinging on their success. Along with their ambitions to build a successful business, achieve financial security and make a difference in the world was a looming feeling of inadequacy.
If you’ve ever talked yourself out of pursuing a business idea in favor of your secure corporate job; avoided social gatherings to avoid the scrutiny of being uncoupled; or scrolled through your Instagram feed and fell into the social comparison black hole, you know this feeling well.
My mission is to empower you to cut through all that cumbersome red tape you’ve placed on your dreams and build a successful business — and life — on your own terms.
